How long does content creation take?
Most content pieces are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush options are available for faster turnaround.
What counts as “additional time”?
Extra time may be needed for extensive revisions, added concepts, additional formats, or last-minute changes beyond the original scope.
What if I don’t have branding yet?
That’s okay. I can create content using a simple, clean starter style, or help you develop basic brand elements.
How many revisions are included?
One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions may be billed at the hourly rate if they exceed the original scope.
Do you create consistent content for my business pages on social media?
Yes! Every graphic design piece is customized to your particular branded needs. We start with a plan to keep you organized and staying consistent for your followers. A good way to do this is with content packages and templates.
What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
Projects require a 50% deposit prior to kickoff, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of content delivery.

What are some options for content creatin and graphic design that you do?
I can create smaller pieces such as logos, and one-off event graphics, to full branded packages and templates that stay on brand across all platforms.
Do you schedule or post the content for me?
Content creation does not include scheduling or posting unless part of a social media management package. If you’d like help with posting, just ask!
What is your design background?
As a self-taught designer, I am still learning and experiencing new trends. I will do my absolute best to hit the nail on the head with your design thoughts, but I am still learning which is reflected in my pricing. At this time I am strictly with Canva designs but more in depth designs are to come!

How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines vary by package:
Basic: ~1–2 weeks
Business: ~2–3 weeks
Pro: ~3–4 weeks
Timelines may be adjusted depending on client feedback and content delivery.
What’s included in each website package?
Each package includes a set number of pages, mobile-friendly design, brand alignment, and a number of revisions. See package details on the freelance inquiry page for full deliverables.
Can you update or revise my existing website?
Yes! I offer website revisions and updates, including content changes, portfolio updates, page redesigns, or a full site refresh. Flat-fee options include 1 hour of work, with additional time billed at $28/hour.
Do I need a website to get started with your services?
No! I can design a brand-new website from scratch or improve an existing site. Both options are available.
Does Grit&GraceCo. help with website maintenance?
Yes! Updating your website is important from time to time which includes adding reviews, updating portfolio items, etc. at $32/hour for a contracted period of time.
What happens if I need work beyond the included hours?
Any work exceeding the included time is billed at $28/hour. This ensures you only pay for the work you need while protecting my time.
Do you help startups?
Yes! GGco specializes in startups realizing the budget for marketing isn’t always an infinite number, pricing reflects the ability to work with startups to make your dreams a reality. I want you to succeed!
Which platforms do you design for?
I primarily design websites using Squarespace, but I’m also open to other platforms like Wix, Canva, and similar tools. Please note that I no longer use WordPress for new projects.
Why are you so cheap?
Money doesn’t drive my business, support does. I believe that anyone can be a successful business owner given the opportunity. I want to see you succeed at your dreams and pricing shouldn’t hinder that when you are starting out.
